This bag combines antique Japanese textiles and new materials and was handcrafted in Mikan studio in Kyoto.

Features

The mini makeup pouch is the perfect item to add a bit of Japanese textile in your everyday life. The silk is covered with a protective film so you don’t need to worry about water splashing or the threads getting damaged when the pouch lives in your bag.

Motif and fabric details

The motif is semi-abstract, it represents pine branches and clouds filled with hanabishi, a traditional motif. The fabric is made of silk thread woven together with lamé, thin metallic slats, that reflect the light in a very subtle way.
