This bag combines antique Japanese textiles and new materials and was handcrafted in Mikan studio in Kyoto.
Features
The mini makeup pouch is the perfect item to add a bit of Japanese textile in your everyday life. The silk is covered with a protective film so you don’t need to worry about water splashing or the threads getting damaged when the pouch lives in your bag.
Motif and fabric details
The flowers resemble chrysanthemums and rows of gold tortoise shells. This fabric is also available for custom order (see the bottom of this page)

Front: Vintage Japanese obi made of silk and lamé
Lining: Vintage Japanese kimono 100% silk
Back: 3D mesh polyester
