Bumbag - Sakura

This bumbag is made of vintage kimono fabric and new materials. It is handcrafted in my studio in Kyoto.

Details

The main fabric comes from a vintage kimono.

The motif represents a countryside scene in the early spring season. The plum trees are in full bloom. The fabric is the same colour as the cherry blossoms and if you look at the fabric closely, you can see scattered sakura petals represented in the texture.

The back of the bag is made in a lightweight 3D mesh which allows the bag to take minimum space when not full, and perfectly fit against your body. The adjustable strap allows you to wear it on your waist/hips or across your chest.

• Back: resistant 3D mesh polyester & nylon mix

• Black waterproof zipper

• Adjustable nylon strap
