The front of the bag is made of obi material and is treated to help the silk last longer. The back is made of a lightweight and resistant 3D mesh. The adjustable belt allows you to wear it around your waist/hips or across your chest.
It is roomy, and the soft back fabric allows the bag to adapt to your body shape when not too full. When you need to pack more, a small water bottle, a notebook, etc. It expands to make more space.
Motif and fabric details
This beautiful fabric is woven with silk and washi (Japanese handmade paper) using a complex technique called hikinuk. The design features manarin ducks, known as Oshidori (鴛鴦) in Japan, cruising in a pond among the irises.
